• Dan & Sean is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team at our Chicago Office. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our company values and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Your role

will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work full-time on a regular/at-will basis, contributing to our culture of support, excellence, leadership, and results-driven performance. The salary will be provided on an annual basis, with the range being competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities include

• Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
• Partnering with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Listening, documenting, and help resolve conflicts with customers.
• Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
