RESPONSIBILITIES

Working 1:1 with students while supporting them academically, emotionally, and socially. Supporting students in the community. Supporting classroom teachers with daily classroom activities. SALARY/BENEFITS FOR PARAPROFESSIONALS INCLUDE: Competitive Salary

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional/1:1 Aide preferred Experience providing positive behavioral support is highly desired! Must be 18 years of age or older. Bilingual (Spanish), is strongly desired. NJ Substitute Teacher Certification is a plus but not required. A salary range is provided in accordance with New Jersey pay transparency laws.

Final salary is determined using a structured salary grid, taking into account years of relevant experience and educational qualifications, and is subject to the maximum limits established by the New Jersey Department of Education and the discretion of the Board of Directors. The salary provided is for a 11-month contracted position (July, September-June).
