Finance Manager

Experience: 2–3 Years Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Finance & Accounts Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, along with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and bookkeeping. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor/customer payment tracking. Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and expense verification. Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.

Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and company expenses. Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports. Coordinate monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursement records with HR. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and compliance. Coordinate with management, banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and external consultants.

Ensure timely payments, collections, financial reporting, and compliance deadlines.

Required Skills

& Qualifications 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems. Good understanding of financial reporting, invoicing, and cash flow management. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks. Preferred: Experience working in an IT services or software company will be an added advantage.
