Network Engineer (Level 2)

Advanced Diagnostics at system, application, and infrastructure level. Root‑cause analysis for major/recurring incidents; own permanent fixes. Manage OEM support cases under SLA. Configuration, firmware, and software maintenance; coordinate upgrades. Preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring. Maintain design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; mentor Level‑2 staff.

Provide technical assessment to Change Advisory Board. Perform Level‑2 diagnosis, hardware swaps, and escalate design issues.

Requirements

Aruba (ACMA/ACSA) or Cisco (CCNA). ITIL Foundation. 3+ years hands‑on experience in similar environments.
