Customer Registration Representative

100% on-site in Downtown Los Angeles, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

Responsible for the accurate and timely registration of patients for the various clinical and specialty departments. Conducts financial triage and processing of patient’s medical and/or dental insurance information. Responsible for maintaining accurate patient demographics and updating data in patient’s chart and in the computer. Observes customer service standards in dealing with people in person or on the telephone.
