Lead Medical Assistant - School Based Clinics

The Lead Medical Assistant provides day-to-day leadership and clinical support for school-based health center operations. This role combines hands-on patient care with staff guidance, workflow coordination, immunization program support, and quality improvement activities. Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager, providers, and school partners, the Lead Medical Assistant helps ensure efficient clinic operations, consistent clinical practices, and a welcoming, patient-centered experience for students and families.
