Lead Server / Dining Room Coordinator (Assisted Living) $15/hour

Providence Place of Dover is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Server/Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes training new coworkers on proper dining room etiquette and procedures; ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals.

Hours: Full-Time 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Starting at $15.00 per hour Critical Success Factors: Superb customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or GED.

At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service, preferred

• Supervisory experience is a plus Completion of sanitation course (Serv.
