• Pallet Segment leads the human resources function for Columbia Forest Products’ Pallet Segment across five locations. This role partners with segment leadership and provides functional leadership, coaching, and support to site HR Managers who oversee daily HR operations. The position aligns HR priorities with business needs and promotes consistent HR practices, effective employee relations, and compliance across the segment.
