Zoho Phone Bridge

Looking for expert who knows zoho phone bridge. I need a product that will allow us to make calls from zoho. we have tried usign ring central with limited success. we also have tried using twilio with a google extension called tamper monkey our need is to have multiple out bound numbers that our sales person can use when ringing prospects who are in multiple states.

for example when we call connecticut we want to use our outbound number which the caller id showes out connecticut number beginning 860, When we call our state of virginia clients we want to show our 703 number, et cetra. we need the same features for outbound sms in zoho. We need zoho to be able to track and record each activity.
