Direct Support Professional/ Community Day Services

Location: Des Plaines, IL Pay: 21.60/Hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Location and pay are fixed for this position. Driving Requirement A valid driver's license is required. Employees must be willing to drive company vehicles. Proof of a valid driver's license is required at the time of interview. About the Position Rimland is seeking dependable, professional, energetic, and compassionate DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include

Assisting with daily living activities Meal preparation Art projects and recreational activities Supporting social skills and independence Providing companionship Supporting individual goals No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
