Product Manager (Maternity cover)

We at Nova , are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “ Product Manager ” to be part of our successful " Fixed & TV Product Marketing Team ” for a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) . You have a challenging mission for: Develop and implement commercial strategies while staying up to date on industry trends and the competition.

What will you do: Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to drive product and commercial decisions. Manage project timelines for timely, cost-effective product delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. Collaborate with all teams on product development and customer experience (CeX) projects, ensuring commitment to delivery.

Work with technology and procurement teams to establish the customer premises equipment (CPE) roadmap. Forecast and manage CPE needs, orders, and logistics. Develop and test alternative concepts while identifying growth opportunities. Partner with commercial and finance teams to create business cases, weighing risks and benefits.

Support product marketing in prioritizing and developing the roadmap to achieve commercial goals. Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market plans and product changes. Lead the development of new products that better serve customer needs compared to competitors.
