Job Title: Warehouse Inventory and Distribution Specialist Location: Kent, WA | Company Wide | Full-Time Pay Range: $22-$28 per hour Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Job Summary
As a Warehouse Inventory & Distribution Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring our locations have the supplies and materials they need to operate successfully. You will assist with receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and distributing inventory while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.
You will also support inventory accuracy, prepare orders for delivery, and collaborate with warehouse team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate distribution of supplies. Responsibilities
may vary daily, weekly, or monthly based on business needs. 50% – Warehouse Operations Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading, inspecting, and organizing incoming deliveries. Store and organize inventory to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Load, unload, move, and handle products and supplies. Support general warehouse operations, including material handling and freight movement. Operate a non-CDL delivery truck for deliveries as needed. 25% – Inventory and Supply Support Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items or discrepancies to the appropriate team member.
Assist with organizing and replenishing supplies for company locations. Support inventory tracking and help maintain appropriate stock levels. Communicate supply needs and inventory concerns to warehouse leadership and the support center. 15% – Order Fulfillment and Distribution Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
Verify order quantities and items for accuracy before distribution. Assist with coordinating outgoing shipments and deliveries. Ensure orders are prepared and distributed accurately and on time. 10% – Warehouse Organization and Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse. Follow established safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
Assist with routine warehouse upkeep and other operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to use basic computer programs and inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job-Specific Requirements Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record if required to operate company delivery vehicles. Ability to bend, twist, lift, kneel, squat, stand, and perform other physical activities associated with warehouse work, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and handle inventory responsibly.
