Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Regional Kitchen Manager to support culinary operations across our Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya and Supreme Dumplings locations. This is a field focused leadership position requiring 100% travel to restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will work side by side with kitchen teams to ensure consistent execution of company recipes, culinary standards, food safety, and operational procedures.

This individual will be responsible for developing kitchen leadership, identifying performance gaps, and driving improvements in food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency across multiple markets. Job Duties Culinary Execution and Standards Travel between restaurant locations to evaluate and support daily kitchen operations.

Work directly alongside kitchen teams to reinforce proper cooking techniques, recipes, and preparation standards. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and execution across all assigned locations. Identify culinary execution gaps and implement immediate corrective actions. Support new menu rollouts, recipe updates, and culinary initiatives.

Leadership and Team Development Coach, train, and develop Chefs, Kitchen Managers, and kitchen team members. Build strong kitchen leadership teams through hands-on training and accountability. Partner with District Managers and restaurant leadership to improve kitchen performance. Conduct regular operational assessments and follow up on identified opportunities.

Reinforce a culture of teamwork, discipline, consistency, and culinary excellence. Kitchen Operations and Performance Monitor kitchen efficiency, productivity, and overall operational execution. Support food cost management through proper portioning, inventory accuracy, and waste reduction. Identify opportunities to improve kitchen workflows, labor efficiency, and production.

Ensure proper inventory rotation, ingredient quality, and kitchen readiness. Support new restaurant openings, kitchen transitions, and operational improvement initiatives. Food Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with company food safety standards and local health regulations. Conduct kitchen inspections and reinforce proper sanitation, storage, and food handling procedures.

Identify food safety risks and ensure timely corrective action. Maintain consistent cleanliness, organization, and inspection readiness across all assigned locations. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements Minimum 7 years of professional culinary experience preferred. Minimum 3 years of multiunit culinary leadership or regional kitchen management experience preferred.

Experience with Japanese, Chinese, or Asian cuisine strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop kitchen teams across multiple locations. Strong understanding of recipe standardization, food cost, labor efficiency, and operational performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to company standards. Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Job Specific Requirements 100% travel required , including frequent overnight and out of state travel. Based out of the Redmond, WA corporate office. Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work hands-on in commercial kitchen environments. Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain applicable certifications.
