About the Role

As a Caregiver at Renaissance, you’ll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment. What You’ll Do: Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting Serve meals and help with feeding as needed Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care Requirements (Must-Haves): Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check Certified in First Aid, CPR Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement High school diploma or equivalent Preferred (Nice-To-Have): CNA certification or cooking experience for groups Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience Passion for enriching the lives of older adults What We Value in You: Respectful care that honors dignity Strong communication and confidentiality Calm, capable response in emergencies Eagerness to grow, learn, and build genuine connections Ready to make every moment count?
