Desk Attendant

Full Job Description At Union Social, our Desk Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Desk Attendant, you are high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you may guide our guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable.

You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling, arcade, axe throwing and redemption experiences are exceptional using our various systems to successfully perform your job! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. PAY RATE: $13/HR WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY? Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!

Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selection Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; completing side duties POSITION REQUIREMENTS Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required Guest focused mindset Teamwork is a must Strong problem solving and multitasking skills Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests Availability to work, days, nights and/or weekends PERKS AND BENEFITS Union Social Team Members are expected to give their best on the job - so we do our part in making sure we give you what you need to stay motivated, valued and embrace living your best life!
