Overnight Direct Support Professional $250 Hiring Bonus! Full-Time, 12-hr shifts Hourly $17.50 - $19.83* Good. Life Innovations is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to provide care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, and maintain health and hygiene for the individuals we serve.

Your shifts will be spent in family-style group homes to assist with client evening care needs, overnight checks, and light housekeeping. Entry-Level Qualifications: At least 18 years of age Must pass criminal background check Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs Preferred Qualifications: Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques Valid driver's license and safe driving record Shifts & Schedules Available: Front-Half (Sun-Wed) Midweek (Wed/Thu/Fri) Back-Half (Wed-Sat) Overnight Shifts: 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am Some Duties: Assisting or fully supporting with personal care needs (bathing, toileting, grooming) Administering medications Completing light housekeeping (sweeping, laundry, dishes) Charting/documenting data using computer system Some Benefits Include: 3-day workweeks $250 Hiring Bonus Weekly pay Health insurance reimbursement (ICHRA) Dental/vision/life insurance Flexible spending account (FSA) Paid time-off Matching 401k Career advancement opportunities This pay range represents Good.
