Job Title: Commissioning Specialist (Compressor) I, II or III Compensation: Level I: $50–55/hr | Level II: $80/hr | Level III: $100/hr Location: Midland – Hwy 80 Schedule: 8/6, 10-hr days, Thursday hitch, OT as needed (rotators) Scope Major Responsibilities: Commission and decommission conventional and high-pressure compressors Coordinate pressure tests and put new units online Inspect new builds and expansions during the construction process Perform final inspections and PSSRs Learn daily gas compressor and compressor facility operations; maintain good housekeeping Handle on-call duties; drive company vehicle to locations Work is performed in learning mode: learn appropriate tools to use, identify, diagnose and repair/replace equipment; basic troubleshooting Maintain up-to-date reporting of facility operations and be responsible for all aspects required for the JBPE Interact daily with Foremen, Compressor Operators, Mechanics and Lease Operators; occasionally work side-by-side with contractors Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including special projects Technological efficiency Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior compressor gas lift operations preferred Mechanical or oilfield-related experience required; 2.

5 years highly preferred Knowledgeable on ancillary compressor equipment, including fuel gas skids and engines for gas-driven machines, and medium-voltage transformers/VFDs/motors for electric machines Knowledgeable on common automation/control equipment related to gas compression Prior mechanical and/or oilfield experience Current valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required Allowances: Agency vehicle (½ ton) Tools: toolboxes, ratpack, temp gun, socket set, hand tools 4-gas monitor supplied by XOM Meet & Greet: In person preferred (Zoom can be accommodated); 30 minutes
