Assistant Project Manager

In this position, you will: Social Media Strategy: Plan, create, and manage cross-platform campaigns to drive engagement, foster community interactions, and achieve measurable growth in followers and revenue Live Streaming Leadership: Lead live-streaming strategies and serve as the primary host on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Douyin to drive real-time conversions Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to manage budgets, set business goals, and align live broadcast schedules with backend support for a seamless customer experience Vendor Management: Oversee external agencies and influencers to maximize creative output and resource utilization, ensuring high-quality digital productions Technical Operations: Support campaign execution with strong knowledge of digital platforms; technical expertise in live-streaming workflows (lighting, audio, software) is highly valued Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and gather feedback from influencers and customers to generate detailed reports, optimizing organic reach and engagement strategies Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to diverse ad hoc assignments to meet evolving business needs To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related disciplines; fluent in both Chinese and English At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing and leading online campaigns and advertisements, preferably in the mobile telecom industry.

Prior experience in live streaming, public speaking, or on-camera hosting is an added advantage Strong stress tolerance and self-motivation; excellent planning, organizational, and execution abilities; adaptable to fast-paced environments; innovative, detail-oriented, tactful, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and pleasant personality Proficient in PC software and database analysis tools Familiar with localized social media operation strategies across Mainland China and Hong Kong
