If you are committed to serve, have good interpersonal & communication skills, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our dynamic Clinic Operations team and to build a meaningful career with us Job Responsibilities: Guide patients in their care journey and address their queries and concerns Assist patients with their appointment needs such as registration, appointment booking and financial counselling Assist patients prior and during clinical procedures and care processes, such as providing relevant information to patients regarding tests ordered by the care provider; and preparing patients for physical examination Assist clinicians in the consultation room to assist patients Job Requirements: Diploma / A level / Higher Nitec & Nitec / GCE O or N level No healthcare experience needed, full training will be provided
