Team Leader Central Sterile

The Central Sterile Processing Team Leader provides day-to-day operational leadership for the Central Sterile Processing Department. This position coordinates staff assignments, monitors workflow, ensures proper decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment, and promotes compliance with infection prevention standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
