Janitorial Tech - Nights

SCHEDULE: 1800-0230 $1,000 Sign On Bonus JOB SUMMARY: Cleans and services building areas according to established procedures. Moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around the facility. Performs a variety of environmental services duties to maintain the facility in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition. Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Some related experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and meet satisfactory motor vehicle record requirements, if applicable.
• Must maintain and provide proof of his/her own auto insurance policy, if applicable.
• Must have knowledge of or ability to learn cleaning techniques and infection control practices.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate equipment.
• Ability to learn with moderate direction.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work at a steady and quick pace.
