GWS Contact Centre Agent

Join our friendly and supportive team in Campbelltown as a Contact Centre Agent. This is a full-time role, offering shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.15am – 5.15pm . As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Your responsibilities

Answering phone calls for bookings promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions. Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets. Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers. What we’re looking for: ✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease. ✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology. ✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support. ✅ Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred, however, we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
