Medical Receptionist

Join our friendly and supportive team in Griffith as a Medical Receptionist . This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday , with shifts between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm . As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
