Warehouse Specialist

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Warehouse Specialist in Irving, TX. He/she will be expected to assist the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Manager with all day-to-day operations to ensure timely flow of Vima Décor products to our properties and clientele. Duties: Oversee the management of stock Assist manager with upkeep and maintenance of inventory control system Assist with coordination of local daily deliveries Process UPS and freight labels, cycle counts, restock and transfers Process P.

O.’s and invoices Demonstrate excellent occasional in-person and phone customer service Act as a warehouse lead to the associates in the field as needed Help load, unload, sort and move products throughout the warehouse Demonstrate accurate order picking skills Ensure orderly, safe, clean and proper working conditions at all times Other duties as assigned by the manager Requirements: LTL shipping and quoting experience is a benefit Proficient PC and email communication skills Excellent organizational skills Must be able and willing to physically work alongside crew Standup forklift experience Able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime
