• PLYMOUTH, IN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Qualifications: Key Duties and Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and make recommendations based on menu specials and guest preferences Order Taking & Service: Take beverage orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and deliver them promptly to tables or the bar area. Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about all menu items, including food and beverage contents, preparation methods, garnishes, and promotions POS & Compliance: Process orders using the point-of-sale system, check guest ID for alcohol service compliance, and follow local laws . Bar Maintenance: Set up and tear down service stations, keep the bar area clean, stock supplies (ice, mixers, garnishes), and ensure glassware is clean/plastic is discarded. Specials & Events: Communicate daily specials, assist with event setups, and provide quick, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Billing & Payment: Calculate bills, process payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions
