Job description
The Medication History Specialist will work with the patient or their representative to determine the patient’s prior-to-admission medication list. This includes the medication strength, dosage, frequency, and last dose. Medication History Specialists in this role can work 4-hour or 8-hour shifts so it may be ideal for health-care college students.
