Develop individualized treatment plans and set realistic, measurable goals. Provide therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, cognitive functioning, and daily living skills. Recommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure holistic care.

Document assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes in line with organizational standards. Guide caregivers and family members on strategies to support clients’ progress at home and in the community. Conduct group therapy sessions or community-based rehabilitation activities when required. Stay updated with best practices, new techniques, and evidence-based interventions in occupational therapy.
