Collaborate with senior executives and board members to define project scope, financial targets, and long-term strategy Lead and execute global programs involving design, development, and launch of complex automotive platforms Drive digital transformation initiatives such as robotics warehouse transformation, contactless sales, and IoT/cloud integration Manage and control multi-million-dollar program budgets, ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Ensure minimal cash flow variance and financial discipline across programs Implement and optimize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to improve delivery timelines and resource utilization Oversee end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities Ensure compliance with automotive and safety standards (APQP, ASPICE, ISO 26262) Act as the primary point of contact for global clients and partners Manage RFQs, SOW closures, and monitor supplier health scorecards Requirements Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-budget programs Strong capability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives within manufacturing or automotive environments Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Expertise in Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies Strong financial management skills, including handling multi-million-dollar budgets Technical knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) processes Familiarity with APQP, V-Model, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 safety standards Experience in stakeholder management, including senior leadership and global clients Ability to manage vendors, RFQs, SOWs, and supplier performance metrics
