Digital Contextual Finance & Product Professional

Main Responsibilities

• Takes lead and/or be responsible to the entire system develop cycle: project initiation, user requirement preparation, user acceptance testing, risk and compliance clearance, system deployment & implementation, user operation manual preparation and post-implementation optimization. Support system deployment and perform health check. Track and manage production issues and work with relevant technology engineers to expedite solutions. Perform project management from incubation to implementation. Support products and stakeholder teams in the development of digital tools and platforms by providing guidance on best practice, subject matter expertise and sharing the latest Fintech tools. Digital strategies for enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Co-manage digital channels, innovating to deliver a magnificent customer journey, drive conversion and better engagement throughout Customer Life Cycle. Participates external Fintech events and the events organized by the group to understand the trends and emerging technology. Ensure all the deliverables comply with risk, governance and regulatory requirements. Works closely with System Engineering teams from various cities in PRC.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration / e-Commerce / Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management with at least 3 years working in Digitalization. Ability to think strategically and then execute upon the design. Good communication and project management skills to ensure project progress. Relevant experience in Retail Banking as well as Cross Border segment is preferable. Knowledge on reward system, chatbot will be an advantage Hands-on familiarity with AI, data platforms, and the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle.
