Sr. Carrier Sales Manager

The Senior Carrier Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and managing Carrier Sales Managers and Carrier Sales Representatives to assure their team meets or exceeds quarterly and annual volume and net revenue targets. The Senior Carrier Sales Manager will provide leadership in carrier training, negotiation training, goal establishment, new carrier development and carrier interactions.

The Senior Carrier Sales Manager is expected to lead regional carrier and capacity development in coordination with ensuring all loads within their assigned territory are covered.
