Field Service Representative (Greater Dayton, Ohio Area)

The Field Service Representative (FSR) supports the daily operational needs of clinics, hospitals, and distributor partners by ensuring the accurate delivery, inventory management, and service support of orthopedic bracing products to assigned accounts within the designated territory. S/he supports Breg’s Billing business by coordinating product fulfillment and returns, resolving account‑level billing inquiries, preparing and managing required reimbursement documentation, and training healthcare staff on billing workflows, documentation standards, and submission processes.
