About Company: Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is a professional consulting firm specializing in construction inspection and compliance services for public infrastructure projects. We support clients with daily reporting, materials testing coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance oversight. Additional services include project management, grants management for federally funded infrastructure and disaster recovery programs.

About the Role

The Claims Analyst will support evaluation, analysis, documentation, and resolution of construction claims, changes, disputes, and entitlement issues on USACE projects. Location: Position is on-site (Location to be determined) Minimum Qualifications: Experience with construction contracts, claims, change orders, or project controls.

Understanding of construction schedules, costs, and contract documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

USACE experience preferred. Federal construction claims experience preferred. Scheduling or cost-estimating background preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze contractor claims and requests for equitable adjustment. Review contract documents, schedules, correspondence, and cost records. Evaluate entitlement, causation, schedule impact, and damages. Prepare technical analyses and recommendations. Support negotiations and dispute resolution. Maintain claim documentation and tracking.
