Requirements

Assist in restocking inventory as it arrives Maintain kitchen floors clean throughout the day Maintain clean and organized dish area Ensure all dishware, pots and pan are clean, sanitized and dry Complete assigned prep task assigned by chefs Assist servers, cooks, and prep staff as needed Ensure trash is taken out to designated area throughout shift and end of day Other duties as assigned by management team We expect all of our employees to follow our creed, be well groomed and in proper uniform, keep station clean and well stocked at all times, prioritize job duties, clearly and positively communicate with other team members, and keep a customer-first attitude at all times.
