Requirements

Prior experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment Confident and highly social personality Greeting and welcoming guests Ability to move quickly and efficiently Complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including specials, their prices and availability Walking guests through our menus and daily specials Accurately take orders Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, basic math skills Basic knowledge POS software Understanding of dining room stations Guiding our guests through the dining room Restocking of dining room items Ability to communicate well with others Team orientated attitude Other duties as assigned by management team We expect all of our employees to follow our creed, be well groomed and in proper uniform, keep station clean and well stocked at all times, prioritize job duties, clearly and positively communicate with other team members, and keep a customer-first attitude at all times.
