Your Role

Ensure Project Readiness: Meet customers to review their projects and power wash houses to prepare them for painting, ensuring all materials are ordered and delivered before paint crews arrive. Market Our Services: Place marketing materials (signs, flyers) and engage with neighbors near our painting projects to generate new business opportunities.

Coordinate and Communicate: Conduct kick-off meetings with customers and paint crews to provide an exceptional customer experience. Monitor and Document Progress: Visit multiple job sites daily to inspect quality, report progress to the management team, and document the process with photos and videos for marketing and managerial purposes.

Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure painters are wearing company shirts, job sites are organized and professional-looking, and company signage is in place. Deliver Excellence: Walk around the house with the customer and paint crew at the end of the project to ensure the end product meets expectations and the customer is happy.

Gather Feedback: Earn Google reviews and customer testimonials after a job well done, and collect final payments upon project completion. Your Skill Set: Tech-Savvy and Solution-Oriented: Demonstrate proficiency in using computers and technology efficiently. Project Management Pro: Strong project management, analysis, and critical thinking skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and purpose in all interactions. Customer Service Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service, making every interaction memorable and meaningful. Cool Under Pressure: Maintain focus and composure in fast-paced situations.

Your Qualifications: Driver's License and Vehicle: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to carry a step ladder and power washer.

Experience Counts: Previous experience in construction management or estimating is preferred but not required. Educational Excellence: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
