Painting Project Manager — Twin Cities Full-time

• $60,000–$90,000 per year Lead painting projects from the estimator handoff through the final walkthrough. Durahome Painting Plus is looking for an organized project manager who can coordinate multiple subcontractor crews, visit job sites, solve production problems, and keep customers informed. Your work combines field visits with scheduling, budget tracking, and clear updates in our project-management systems. What you'll own Review new jobs with estimators, match the work to suitable crews, and prepare a clear production plan. Schedule crews around project requirements, crew availability, and customer preferences. Coordinate subcontractor pricing and monitor project budgets to protect required profit margins. Visit job sites, check preparation and finish quality, and resolve problems before they affect the finished project. Keep customers, crews, the office, and the owner informed about progress, timing, and next steps. Guide customers from the initial production meeting through the final walkthrough, collect final payments, and encourage reviews and referrals. What will help you succeed Strong organization, time management, and follow-through across several active projects. Practical problem-solving and the ability to lead crews while maintaining clear expectations. Clear written and verbal communication with customers, subcontractors, and the office. Comfort using computers and project-management software to document the work. Construction project management or estimating experience is an advantage; painting-industry knowledge is helpful.
