Talent Sourcer

Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as Social Media, E-commerce, ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is hiring for a Talent Sourcer to join its project in the UK. Position Title: Talent Sourcer Position Type: 6 months (FTE) Start Date: ASAP Location: London, UK (Onsite - 5 days per week or hybrid) Contact: Stephen Price | +44(0)1518081052 Responsibilities Support sourcing activity across multiple roles and hiring projects to build and maintain talent pipelines.

Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and support hiring delivery. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and alternative search methods. Screen and assess candidates for basic skills, experience and culture fit. Support Diversity and Inclusion best practices within sourcing and screening activity.

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and support recruitment process efficiency. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout early-stage engagement.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in an agency or in-house environment. Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and online research methods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with candidates. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in Public Policy, Legal, Communications or Corporate functions. Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role hiring projects. Motivation to learn and develop within Talent Acquisition.
