• Model: Hybrid Salary range: 80,000 - 100,000 EUR gross/month dependent upon experience Contact: Ramya Bharathy on: +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 36 Key Responsibilities Technical Marketing – Run pre-bid technical consultations with clients / consultants, guide requirements, and embed our core value propositions. Bid Strategy – Analyse tender technical requirements and shape differentiated, competitive solution strategies. Solution Design – Work with R&D and design teams on high-level system selection and concept solution development. Value Packaging – Distil technical highlights and commercial value into professional, client- facing materials. Proposal & Clarification – Support technical proposal preparation and lead bid-clarification responses. Client Technical Engagement – When needed, engage the client's technical decision-makers (CTO / engineering / consultants) to align on the solution. Experience/Qualifications: Solid technical fundamentals in electrical (MV/LV power distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs) or cooling systems for buildings/critical facilities. Ability to win over a technical audience — confident, credible communication with CTOs, engineers and consultants. Strong learning ability — you can quickly get up to speed on data center standards, Client products, and evolving requirements. Fluent English Willingness to travel (~30%) across Europe. Experience in data center power distribution or cooling is ideal — but you do not need to have worked inside a datacenter.
