What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a comfortable, seamless, and high-quality experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Chairside Assistance:** Provide excellent clinical support and chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.

Patient Care:** Greet and prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for in our spa-like atmosphere.

Clinical Standards:** Take and process high-quality dental X-rays, and meticulously sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment rooms.

Practice Operations:** Actively manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, and support overall office flow.

Patient Comfort:** Serve as a friendly face and a strong communicator, supporting patient comfort throughout their entire visit.

Schedule**

This is a stable, full-time schedule with no Friday or weekend hours:

Monday & Wednesday:** 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday:** 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)**

Experience:** A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.

Certifications:Must be X-ray Certified.

Skills:** Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a naturally caring and friendly demeanor.

Growth Mindset:** Open and eager to learn Orthodontics (prior ortho experience is a plus, but not required-we will train the right person!).
