Compensation:** $48.00 - $52.00 / hour DOE + Monthly Hygiene Bonus Potential + Monthly Team Performance Bonus Potential

Operating out of a modern 5-operatory facility, our team consists of 2 dedicated doctors, 4 dental assistants, 2 experienced RDHs, and 3 front office staff members who collaborate in a low-stress, "no-drama" environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)** to join our close-knit clinical team on a full-time basis as an extension of our growing practice. In this role, you will act as a key preventive partner, delivering exceptional dental hygiene, advanced periodontal care, and patient education. Key Responsibilities

Preventative & Periodontal Leadership:** Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, scaling and root planing, and advanced periodontal therapy using laser protocols according to practice standard-of-care guidelines.

Patient Comfort & Pain Management:** Administer local anesthesia and comfort amenities to deliver an anxiety-free, gentle clinical experience.

Patient Education & Advocacy:** Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment recommendations to help them understand the "why" behind their care.

Clinical Collaboration:** Work seamlessly alongside Dr. Wendelschafer, associate doctors, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operatory turnarounds and schedule efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License**.

Active Arizona Local Anesthesia Certification**.

Active Laser Certification**.

Active CPR / BLS Certification.

1+ years of active chairside RDH experience in a private or general dentistry practice.

Proficiency with digital x-rays, intraoral imaging, and dental practice management software.

Genuine commitment to high clinical standards, patient warmth, and collaborative teamwork.

Preferences:

Experience with dental practice management software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Enjoy an early departure every Friday afternoon!)

Pay Rate:** $48.00 - $52.00 / hour DOE + Monthly Hygiene Bonus Potential + Monthly Team Performance Bonus Potential
