Job Summary
The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and efficient warehouse processes. The role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to supply chain procedures while supporting operational requirements.
Main Activities & Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and always ensure stock integrity. Perform routine cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through reconciliation and root cause analysis. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures. Ensure warehouse materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner. Support warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Liaise with procurement, logistics, and operational teams to ensure material availability.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and warehouse safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Support operations regarding mobilizations and demobilizations’ of Interwell equipment.
QHSE Responsibilities Individual: Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities Responsible for their own and others wellbeing, health and safety at work, including the reporting of any accidents, incidents & near misses Experience, Qualifications and Skills Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years' experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a supply chain environment. Practical experience conducting cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and material handling practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP systems (e.
g. SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar) being advantageous. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
