Senior Engineer Electronics Design

Work within the R&D department to design, develop, and document electronic products from concept through delivery. The role contributes with expertise in high-temperature analog electronics, system design, and product validation, ensuring reliable and innovative solutions for downhole applications Design and develop electronic products and systems.

Develop analog electronics, including schematics, simulations, and PCB layouts. Build, test, and document prototypes. Participate in development projects from concept through delivery. Support and improve existing products. Develop test setups and perform verification and qualification activities. Prepare technical documentation, assembly procedures, and QA documentation.

Work closely with suppliers and colleagues across different disciplines. Provide technical support to operational activities when needed. A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics design and product development. Strong Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken Structured, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
