What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consumer lending team Oversee lending operations, underwriting guidance, and loan decision-making Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and compliance Improve lending processes and member experiences Partner with leadership to support lending strategy and growth What You Bring 5+ years of consumer lending or financial services experience Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations Leadership and team development experience Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems Credit union or community banking experience preferred Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
