Director of Business Systems

This role owns how Equify's core business applications support the work of the company. It is a high-ownership position for someone who works closely with the business units rather than at a distance from them. You will be the point of contact when a process is not working, when a system will not do what a team needs, or when a new requirement has to be defined.

You will establish what is actually being asked for, determine whether the answer is a fix, a configuration change, a process change, or something new to be built, document it clearly enough for an engineer or a vendor to act on, and stay accountable for it through testing, rollout, and results.
