Senior Software Engineer, Integrations & Data

Join Equify as a Backend & Data Engineer and play a critical role in powering the systems behind our lending platform. You'll build and own the integrations that connect origination, servicing, CRM, document, and accounting platforms, while also designing the data pipelines that fuel reporting, analytics, reconciliation, and audits in our Databricks Lakehouse.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where reliability, data accuracy, and production-grade engineering matter. You'll leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery, collaborate with technology, risk, and analytics teams, and work directly with key vendors. Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, you'll help shape the backbone of a rapidly evolving, data-driven business.
