Payroll & HR Administrative Assistant

Are you organized, approachable, and comfortable keeping track of details? ProTech Mechanical is looking for an Payroll & HR Administrative Assistant to support our employees, keep the office running smoothly, and help with HR, payroll, and fleet administration.

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and management team, helping new employees get started, maintaining accurate records, and providing a welcoming first impression for visitors.
