From weddings and family gatherings to meetings, special events, and resort celebrations, our Banquet Team helps create the moments our guests remember long after they leave. As a Banquet Server at Superior Shores, you’ll help bring events to life by providing friendly, attentive service and making sure every detail is taken care of.

You’ll work behind the scenes and on the floor to help create a smooth, welcoming experience for our guests—all while surrounded by the beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and likes that no two events are exactly the same.

What You’ll Do Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications Assist with tables, chairs, linens, place settings, food stations, and other event details Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout the event Serve food and beverages according to established service standards Refill beverages and assist guests with food and beverage needs Clear and reset tables throughout the event Monitor the event space and anticipate guest needs Work closely with the banquet captain, kitchen, bartenders, and other team members Assist with plated meals, buffets, receptions, weddings, meetings, and other special events Maintain a clean, organized, and polished event space throughout service Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Assist with breakdown and cleanup following events Handle guest questions and requests with a positive, helpful attitude Requirements Employee Benefits Overview We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and preparing for your future.
