Junior Architect

Position: Junior Architect Department: Architecture & Design Experience: 1-3Years Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Architect to assist in the design, planning, and execution of high-rise residential apartments, commercial buildings, and mixed-use projects. The candidate should have good design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and working drawings. * Assist in designing residential and commercial building projects. * Develop 3D models and presentation drawings. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams. * Prepare drawings for approvals and construction. * Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.

• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project requirements. * Support senior architects in project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting. * Experience in residential apartment and commercial building projects preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
