Licensed Practical Nurse

Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time Clinical Support opportunities in our Moline and Davenport offices. Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of an assigned physician's practice. Coordinate the physicians schedule and facilitate scheduling of tests and procedures for patients. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring timely responses to: Medication refill requests Prior authorizations Sample requests Patient assistance programs Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system for accurate and timely documentation.

Process and organize physician mail. Complete incoming FMLA and disability forms efficiently and accurately. Perform other supportive clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

& Requirements: Education & Experience: Current IL and Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with EMR systems and general medical office procedures preferred. Skills & Abilities: Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.

Pay Range

$23.80 $32 per hour, based on experience Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is the largest and most comprehensive provider of cardiovascular care in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
