Develop inspection plans, control plans, and quality checklists for new and existing parts. Conduct regular audits of machining and moulding processes. Problem Solving & CAPA: Perform detailed root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Liaise with internal stakeholders (production, engineering, supply chain) to resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Engage directly with customers to address quality concerns, communicate findings, and build strong technical relationships. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce scrap, and enhance process capability.
Recommend and implement improvements in machining, measurement, and quality control methods. Train operators and technicians in quality standards, tools, and inspection practices.
